Welcome to Krewe at Park Place!

This condo is conveniently located at Park Place Condominiums, and under a mile from the stadium! The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is newly decorated/furnished! It is within walking distance of everything you may need! This is NOT a pet friendly property.

The condo has a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area that is gorgeously decorated. The whole family can enjoy time together in the living room watching the Alabama game or eating a homemade dinner that was prepared in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need during your stay to make a dinner or tailgate treats, there is also a starter set of coffee supplies for the Keurig and traditional coffee pot.

The first bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has 2 twin xl beds that can be pushed together to make a king. The bathroom attached to the third bedroom has a walk-in shower and access to the hallway.

Outside there is a lovely balcony that has a gas grill, TV, and seating. Enjoy some time on the 4th Floor Penthouse, fresh air on the balcony, or take some time and work out at the fitness center!
