The room smelled kinda bad, it seems like they just painted over mold , communication was an issue, the person at the desk hardly spoke English and it was hard to understand, i wanted a specific room which i thought i paid extra to get and she said it was $100 more and because she couldn’t speak English very well we ended up with the room we got

The room was very clean. I stayed in the cave room and I loved the hot tub jacuzzi with jets. I watched movies while relaxing in the tub. The grounds and rooms are a bit outdated but I had so much fun. It felt campy and a little like an older disneyland ride. It was perfect for a getaway or getogether with a few friends as long as you dont break anything... lets be respectful and keep this place well preserved. The staff person , Mike, was so nice and welcoming. We had no issues during our stay except for slow internet . I brought my streaming box so I used my cell phone as a hot spot and watched movies that way. I would give 5 stars if they got nicer newer bedding and chairs and fixed the towel holder in the bathroom and had faster internet BUT it was clean and very fun and unique in a great location near many restaurants and vintage shops and the national park. I will go back again and see the jungle room. I did not check out the outdoor pool because the weather was chilly.

Pictures accurate to the experience. The room was so fun, really felt like a cave and the hot tub experience with stone tile floor. Definitely recommend staying in the cave room! Would love to go back and stay in the others.

No coffee maker in the room. The door lock wasn't working well. Fairly worn out rooms. If you just want a bare bones experience it's fine. I found out later, by a reputable source that they wash the sheets, but not the pillows or blankets.
