"The beach was great & staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was older & run down. I had the drain in the tub snaked but it still backed up easily. The air conditioner would not go below 74 degrees. The tv system was down the whole time we were there. Not that we are on vacation to watch tv but we like to watch tv prior to going to bed. Property in general was clean. "

"Vert disappointing stay. The unit was clean but very rundown. There were rocks in the washing machine I had to remove before using it. They want all the dishes clean before leaving but there were no dishtowels or wash rags in the kitchen. The rug was very frayed and the corners did not stay down creating a trip hazzard that was hard to avoid. The TV did not work the entire 2 days we were there. Parking is a nightmare you must be able to park in very tight spaces and we were often blocked and had to ask others to move their car. The location is great and with a decent paint job new flooring and ceiling tiles it could be a nice place. Definitely not worth the price we spent. The heated pool is a pool with a solar cover. BUYER BEWARE."

"Great location and communication with host. Appreciated the elevator and covered parking. Public spaces were well cared for and pool looked like it would be great in warm weather. Rugs could use a good cleaning but overall space was well kept."

"Our arrival coincided with a snow event on Tybee Island and several condos in the building had frozen pipes. Ours did not, but maintenance was running water in our condo upon our arrival. Lots of issues with televisions. Remotes did not work. And for our stay of 3 weeks on 2 of the 4 televisions worked."
