不满意：清洁度
FIRST, THIS IS NOT EVEN THE HOUSE WE RENTED. But this is the only place I can leave a review, so here it is...About 12 hrs before our trip we were notified that this place was not available and we were offered the option of three other homes, much farther away from the event we were to attend. So, we accepted the closest of the three, "Just Beachy".Beautiful, peaceful, neighborhood. We were told the cleaning people would clean it 1st so we could check in a little early to change clothes for the event...we weren't called until 4:30.The pool had not been cleaned and was full of leaves and debris. There were still dog prints on the floors all through the home. We found an earing in one of the beds, and two false fingernails on the floor in the masterbedroom along with and eye mask and hair barrettes under the bed. The first bedroom had NO ELECTRICITY, the lights, ceiling fan nor eletrical oulets worked at all. The second day the plumbing backed up into both downstairs showers and had the whole downstairs smelling like sewage. There are rotten steps (showing through to the ground) on both the front and back steps. When I made a call to the "emergency" number at 9am my call wasn't returned until around 4:30 that afternoon. To say we are very disappointed with Tybee Island Vacation Rentals and the rental "Just Beachy", is a huge understatement.
