Great place!

Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean from inside and outside of the unit. Easy and short walk to the water. Great location that is quiet and easy to get to restaurants etc. Perfect place to vacation and the only suggestion that I would have is to have more bath towels available.

Great place with a wonderful view and access to the beach/ocean. Walking distance to dining and shopping. It was clean and check in and out was easy and clear. Will definitely return.

Step Inside and Let Out a Sigh

This light, bright condo instantly sends you into a beach vibe - so pretty and exactly as advertised. Tybee Lights is in an ideal location on the island. Although the condo entrance faces the main street (Butler), there are sidewalks along both sides of the street that make it easy to walk to many great restaurants. And right around back is (ahhh) the beach! The only down side to this building is that the back decks, which provide a beautiful view of the ocean sunrise, are very close together. Hoping our neighboring unit would be unoccupied during the offseason (it was) I rented the condo. So happy we had the back deck! This was a great experience.

Lots of narrow stairs

The steps coming into the Condo are very tight. It is about 20 steps to the front door of the condo. Upon entry you will see another set of narrow steps leading upstairs to the bedrooms and the tight shared bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The deck outback has no privacy as all the decks are very close together. But we did enjoy the conversation with the neighbors.

Excellent location

The location of this property was excellent. The beach area was not crowded at all, even in late July. Easy access to the beach; however, I do wish there was some dock or bridge to walk to the main beach area (walking over the dunes may be difficult for some). The view from the townhouse was perfect. The townhouse itself had what we needed for just a 2 day stay. Kitchen is small and a little dated but functioned fine for a short stay. The only cons we had: steps leading to the townhouse and entrance is quite narrow which made it a bit difficult to carry luggage, beach items in and out. Also not a private deck which some may be ok with but we had neighbors that sat outside smoking constantly which made sitting outside a bit unenjoyable. But overall, we enjoyed the trip and would consider the property again simply for the location and quite beach area.
