Great Stay

We loved the location so we could walk to local stores and restaurants. The beach was a two minute walk away and the pool was great!! Kitchen is well stocked. Home was very clean and all instructions were easy and well laid out!We had a great stay and will be returning.

Amazing

Everything was amazing at the Mermaid Inn. If we needed to contact anyone it was super easy. We loved how everything was located conveniently. And having a "private beach" over a public was super nice!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Quiet, nice place

We had a great time on Tybee. The walk to the beach and pool were very short. Everything was very nice, and instructions were very clear. Communication was very quick with the management company. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. Clean. Very easy check in. Walkable to tybean coffee shop which we walked to every morning. We also enjoyed the resort style pool access and utilized this twice! Would have loved pool towels or beach chairs as we flew in so we weren’t able to pack any.

Exceptional Stay

The condo was even nicer than listed. It had all the comforts of home and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We even foumd a cooler in the closet to keep our drinks cold on the beach. Exceptionally clean. We will be staying again.

Best beach experience. Property was beautiful, quiet and clean. Minute walk to the beach, which was not busy at all. Could walk to local shops and restaurants. Great communication. We will diffently come back.

Nice to have the condo stocked with supplies!

It was wonderful to have soap, towels and linens! Everything was made easy for us to move in! Although the beach access is closed we were able to walk over to the next complex and get to the beach that way!

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean and well equipped for our needs. It was raining most of our stay so we didn't get to use the pool like we had hoped. The only down side is that we were somewhat confused by the directions on how to get into the property. It took us a while to figure out if we were even at the right place and where the lockbox was for the magnetic gate card. We did arrive after dark so that did factor into being able to find it. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definately book again.

Compact place, enjoyable stay

Right on the beach, balcony overlooking the sea with good views. Check-in was a bit clumsy as the email with instructions never arrived. Responsive property manager walked me through check-in over the phone, then resent the instructions to another email address. Bunk beds are narrow, and a bit dangerous without side railing. We used the pull-out sofa instead. Clean overall, but we saw a cockroach in the bathroom while checking out. I informed the property manager who immediately replied that they will look into it, and that they call in exterminators every couple of months.

I’ll start by saying it was very clean and well equipped. Caution if you are claustrophobic, handicap ,or senior, the bedroom has only 2 feet on each side of the bed, no window, Thank goodness for the bunk beds to hold our luggage!There are stairs from parking lot, no elevator, so property was not good for 2 seniors. Do not check in after dark because the lockbox is next to impossible to get into especially after dark. The unit numbers are not displayed so we roamed around the building trying to find our unit. We left a day early because of the bedroom situation. Queen bed was comfortable but no getting up after you get tucked in. kitchen living area was ok, nice view.

Great stay

This was the perfect place for a few days vacation. We enjoyed to calm water on the river side, but were able to walk to the oceans opening! Cooked breakfast several mornings and had all we needed. The master bedroom and single bath were a bit tight, but for price it was definitely manageable. Overall a wonderful property.

Great stay. Beach wasnt crowded at all, close to beach so we didnt have to walk far (which means you dont have to pack so much) easy to go back to room for lunch or naps. Room was clean and functional for two adults and two children under 10!!

Good but!

The condo was as listed. The outside pool and grounds are a mess. The pool area was infested with ants that bite. In return the beach in that area was infested. If we sat to right of that area on beach no ants. We played pickleball but the grounds to get to courts were overgrown and courts have seen there day. The pool had mold around the edges and was missing tile. Where is the association fees going.
