Exactly as the pictures show. Check in was easy as was the key drop for leaving. Nice garage with key coded access BONUS instead of riding an elevator and then going thru your door the elevator opens directly into your rental. Beautiful beach, not to busy and loads of shells to collect. Beautiful sunrises and a short drive to the other side of the island for sunsets. We went last week of July and beaches not overcrowded. Will be back!!!

Another fantastic Tybee trip

This is the second time my family vacationed in this condo (the first time was 2019) and once again we absolutely loved it. The ocean views are amazing, the rental had everything we could have possibly needed, and we had perfect weather!

Great stay

The place looked exactly like it did online. Only negative was noisy construction on beach. One morning they started at 4am. Also there are no potholders in the kitchen so make sure you bring your own. The rental agency was great and very responsive over minor issues. Great view of ocean and well stocked kitchen

Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing week in this condo, and this was our first visit to Tybee Island. The space was great, the views are amazing, and the open layout was perfect! Spring Break 2019

The condo was simply amazing and a great location if you don't want all the foot traffic from the center of town. The condo is directly on the beach and approximately 1.5 mile walk to the Peer, we would choose this location again. There are only two things that we would like to see improved; Add screens to all windows and add a remote garage door opener to the package.

Totally Terrific Tybee!

Three couples, all brothers and wives enjoyed a fun filled vacation at Tybee Island. We loved our condo, the beach view and the nice swimming pool. Our beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were soft too. We ate out every night, so we didn’t cook our meals. The accommodations were good. We have a few suggestions to just make it even nicer. (Two of us are Airbnb hosts) We would like to see more toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels. The hall bathroom had no towel racks or a waste basket. That’s about it! I plan to make a reservation for next summer!

Worth the money

This was a very enjoyable family visit after a family wedding. We loved every second. The only thing was after we checked in, a maintenance man jut came in our rental. Un announced after we had checked in. Said he had to fix a towel bar. I told him to please come back later. I was very concerned for safety. The man came in at 5:15 after the office closed at 5. I called the after hours and was told all are insured and bonded and that the should announce them selves. Was told they would check into it and get back to me. They did not get back to me. Then later that same night at 11:39 pm I got a call was the maintenance man said did someone call about a water leak. We did not have one or call. It was an uneasy feeling worrying if someone was going to enter the unit. There are a number of units there and could have been confused but... Two in one day did not settle well with me. I just want to bring this to attention. The rest of the property and stay was beautiful and amazing.

The absolute best way to fall asleep and wake up each day

Our family LOVED the condo at DeSoto. With every room overlooking the beach, and the sound of waves lulling us to sleep, it was breathtaking. Front row seats to every sunrise and sunset was really incredible. The home had everything we needed and more. There were a few minor issues with the kitchen (the dishwasher button had been previously depressed so it caved in, and a faux drawer in the kitchen had come nearly off the cupboard exposing a screw) but we contacted management and they were amazing and offered to come right away to resolve the issue. This was truly a very special time for our family. My husband and I live in WA State and his family lives in Florida/Georgia, so it's really amazing to get together and spend quality time talking, laughing, and creating memories. We'll definitely be back to the DeSoto condo! Thank you for opening and sharing your home with us!
