Great location for a quiet winter break.

Tybee Island is super quiet in the winter and this condo is in a great location, directly across the street from the each and with wonderful sunrises. Unit was clean and nicely furnished.

The property was clean. The view from the balcony is perfection. It was very easy to walk to the stores and restaurants in that part of town. I didn’t cook while I was there but it looked like it had all of the things you need. I’d definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Anniversary Getaway

The condo was great, lots of room, awesome view of the ocean, great view of the sunrise and a short walk down the beach to see the sunset. The condo was very clean and had all you needed to cook in or have a few drinks. Definitely keeping this one on our list for vacation spots! Any small issues, like a light out were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Managements communication was awesome and they were very professional and friendly

Really nice, great location. In check in information, it would be really helpful to describe the parking spot, maybe a picture that shows where you pull in. Finding it in the dark was very hard, took 3 passes around the building. While the bed space technically sleeps 6, it would be very crowded in the common space. 4 is plenty.

Good times in Tybee

BLUF: Nice place, great location. First time renting from Southern Belle Vaca Rentals. Everything went well, from check in to check out. Location is prime for Tybee south beach. The unit had everything you would expect. Clean linens, TV's with Roku, and good appliances. Only complaint, if I could find one, would be the bathrooms needing some money put into them - but it wasn't a big enough detraction to not rent it again.

Prime location!

Perfect location for a view and great food. Walking distance to restaurants, several different beach entrances, pier, shops. Bathrooms and kitchen was clean. Floor needed a good scrubbing is the only complaint. Beds were comfortable. Couch had some stains but it was the most comfortable couch and I wish I could’ve taken it with me. All the stairs leading up to the condo felt a little unsturdy. This location allows for a golf cart, we rented a gas one and had a blast. We utilized our second parking spot for it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location near pier and restaurants

The space was nice and fine for 2 of us. But the kitchen was sparse. There were only 3 teaspoons and 5 coffee cups which we had to handwash because it wasn’t enough to run dishwasher but we needed to be able to use them for coffee, cereal, ice cream etc. It sleeps 4 so there should be enough silverware for 4 for more than a single use. The lock batteries were dead when we arrived so we could not get in but they sent maintenance pretty quickly. Luckily it was not late at night. There were a couple of other minor issues that did not bother us but we reported them (lightbulb out in kitchen, laundry room doors that were off track.

Beautiful place and view. Very clean! Only one person can shower at a time or no hot water. Washing Machine probably needs a new belt. Smells like gas or burning rubber when using Thermostat does not work at all. If someone parks in your spot Southern Belle will not help at all! They told me to call police, police said privatel property can’t do anything, police said to have it towed. Southern Belle doesn’t tow and doesn’t have an answer about what to do. People should have parking explained since you can’t see it from the street.
