Great Location

Great location. Easy check in and out. Some of the bedding and sheets weren't cleanly so had to wash before use. Some maintenance issues but overall a good property.

Perfect Location

The space worked well for our family of four. Perfect for a quiet beach getaway, it really is right on the beach. Easy location for traveling on/off the island. Walking distance to shops/food/convenience needs. Two minute drive to the lighthouse and marine science center (check-out the loggerheads). Property was surface level clean, easy check-in and out. No extensive and onerous check-out list like I’ve seen for other properties, just strip the beds and throw in the wash if you can. Would book again.

Perfect Views

We have stayed at this property multiple times and love it! If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay directly on the beach with a gorgeous view of the ocean where the price is right, this is the condo for you! Parking is easy and we have never had an issue with neighbors. With the sound of the ocean right outside your window, a good nights sleep is guaranteed. We will continue to come back!

Unit was super clean. There were a few things that could use an upgrade. We did not realize the bedrooms were in a different level. We had access to our beach from balcony by way of small spiral staircase. Host contact was excellent. We would rent this unit again if we visit Tybee Island.

Enjoyable stay

Our place was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was spacious. I’m very accommodating for us today. The ocean view was simply incredible. You can see it from upstairs. Master bedroom also. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view. Super clean.

The back deck was oceanfront and the view was amazing. Just a few steps to the beach. Everything's was very clean. Out dated cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom but didn’t effect our stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets. Would absolutely stay again!! Is on the end of town away from the busy streets so is quiet.

Excellent Views

Property is in desperate need of updates. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the can opener was rusty and rust got in the food. Other than the needed updates, it was very comfortable and the views were amazing! We watched ships from the deck.

Amazing unobstructed views of the beach and perfect beach access. We had our own spiral staircase to the beach from the deck. The condo is in need of lots of upgrades/repairs as many things are older and worn. However, it was clean and bug free.

Condo is in a great location. It was nice. We did have to buy extra toilet paper because there wasn't enough. And we did have any laundry detergent but other than that, we were very pleased. Can't wait to go back 😀🌊🐚☀️

Amazing view and clean. Not a bad price for off season but I wouldn’t pay more for it. Needs so updating and the screen on the window upstairs needs to be repaired so that you can open it and hear the ocean. Appliances were new.

A lovely vacation!

It was a spring “girl’s trip”. We loved our beach front location and the general location of our unit on Tybee Island. It was our first visit to Tybee and we fell in love! It’s got enough to offer for a week’s vacation and the added feature of being close to beautiful Savannah! The unit was spotless, generally new living room furniture and very comfortable beds! We were close enough to hear waves and watch glorious sunrises. The kitchen cabinets were very dated but otherwise new and clean appliances. We hope to go back again!

Perfect for what it is!

This isn’t a high end condo. But it’s beachfront, clean, and a good deal. As long as you know that going in, you’ll love it! We fondly called it the “Tiltin’ Hilton” because of the tilting antique cabinetry and sloping bathroom floors. But it was clean and served our needs!

Tybee Island stay

This was the second time of my staying in these condos/apartments. Beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor. The overall value is excellent. The beach is within footsteps. Very clean condo/apartment. However, it could use updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are collapsing, the condo/apartment does however have very nice-upgraded appliances. Very clean washer and dryer.Property management, very friendly and helpful.Would recommend parking on the premises and walking to the shops and restaurants because parking was 4 an hour on Tybee and 2 an hour in Savannah. You will also pay to park on the restaurant premises. I would recommend this condo/apartment.

Beach front second story home

Can hear the sound of waves from the house which is a few steps from the beach. the fact that it is so close to the beach is wonderful. It would be nice if the property had basics like paper towels, Kleenex and bathroom hand towels. The property does have a musty smell. The HVAC unit is noisy.

Oceanfront Perfection!

We had a great time at this Tybee Lights condo. The views from the balcony and windows are breathtaking, and the condo was comfortable and stocked with anything we needed. We were right on the beach with easy access over the sand on marked paths or a very close wooden walkway on 2nd street. Lots of options for shopping and dining within easy and safe walking distance. I saw previous reviews mention the spiral steps off the back balcony and the sofa, I'm happy to report that a crew arrived during our stay to add additional support to the spiral steps and the sofa appeared to be brand new.
