  • Beautifully furnished beach duplex on Tybee Island just steps away from the ocean. Located at the south end of Tybee Island, this home is ideal for those looking to truly relax and enjoy peace and quiet, but is still within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and the Tybee Pier. The first floor features a large living room, with floor to ceiling windows that open up to a deck overlooking the ocean. Fully-furnished kitchen with breakfast bar and sky light. The second story has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a private porch and ocean views, and the second bedroom has twin beds. Amenities include off-street parking, outdoor shower, grill, pull out couch, and high speed Internet.

We loved the view from either floor here, and everything was exceptional with the property. The ocean was a bit cold this time of year, but our children didn't mind! We would certainly come back if we're ever back in the area.

We absolutely fell in love with Tybee Island and this rental. You truly cannot beat this amazing location. It is within walking distance of all the local restaurants and bars, and the beach access point is directly in front of the unit—just steps from the sand. In fact, we only used our car once the entire trip to visit the lighthouse. The charming decor made us feel right at home, and the layout was the perfect size for our family. We also loved the spacious outdoor areas, especially having three different decks to choose from. Being pet-friendly provided the opportunity for us to bring our pup, making this trip even more enjoyable. Even though dogs are not allowed on the beach, there were many dog-friendly establishments and places to take Gus on walks to explore. We had an incredible vacation and look forward to making this a regular spot for our family trips for years to come.

The view was great from both floors. Be prepared to climb fairly steep steps but it is worth it for the views. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was comfortable. The house definitely needs some upgrades and repairs, including televisions and tubs but it does not make the house less enjoyable.
