It is fully equipped including a dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, and bar seating for 4. The dining area has a table that seats 4. There are ceramic tile floors throughout living areas and baths and laminate wood flooring in both bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed, a 40" flat-screen TV, and access to the adjoining outdoor balcony with views of the bay. The ensuite bathroom has been completely renovated with a custom tile walk-in shower and double marble vanities. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen bed and twin. This condo will sleep up to 6.
