Very comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It is perfect for a dog too. We don’t have one but if you do this would be top of the list.Great communication 5 stars.

New Years @ Surf Puppy

Cozy & close to the beach & restaurants. Enjoyed having the dogs, the fenced in yard makes it easy to enjoy a vacation with pets.

Wonderful Retreat!

Really enjoyed our time at this adorable cottage! Close to everything and loved relaxing in the spacious yard with beautiful palm trees! Will definitely be back!

Perfect little cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Surf Puppy! It was in a great location to mid-beach and a short distance to some really great food spots. Loved the outdoor shower and the fenced in property was great for the kiddos!

We really enjoyed our time at the "Surf Puppy". The property appears exactly as advertised and its close proximity to the beach and other Tybee attractions made it a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great little getaway

The property was clean and very cute. Short walk to everything. The pool was kept tidy and warm. Only complaint was that the bed and couch were very squeaky and kind of uncomfortable.

Great place

I love this Southern Belle property!! Excellent location and perfect if you have pets. Wonderful outdoor space, even if the weather is not so friendly. Minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and about 30 mins or less from Savannah. I can't wait to go back!!

Perfect Cottage

My husband and I stayed at Surf Puppy for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. It was clean and super cute! The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The cottage is very convenient to beaches, bars and restaurants so we could walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Tybee Island.

Great location❤️

My husband and I stayed for 7 days and enjoyed our time. Homie and comfortable, which is what I like in a beach cottage. The bathroom is a bit snug but my husband likes using outdoor showers during beach stays. A previous tenant left beach chairs and umbrellas on the back porch so check before reserving with the locals shops. We loved our stay and would stay here again for sure👍👍

Great fun

Overall very good. Very clean upon our arrival. Seating and mattresses are not comfortable. The dryer is missing the screen and is clogged with lint so seems hazardous.

Great vacation with our dachshund!!

We stayed from Monday through Sunday. If Surf Puppy hadn’t already been booked we wanted to stay longer. It was so hot and the humidity was 90% or above, but we stayed cool inside. It was conveniently located walking distance to the beach. We will definitely remember to book a golf cart next time. They are booked ahead for days. It was cozy but plenty big enough for us. It had everything we needed and we had a great relaxing vacation. It ended way too soon.

A little run down

At first glance the home is in a convenient location and the online pics look great. In person the home needs upkeep, painting and repairs. While we understand it’s an older property it’s showing dirt and it needs deeper cleaning, filters vents etc. cracks in bathroom sink, chunks out of front door trim. Texted the office about a problem we had while there.

Surf Puppy Vacation

The place was just what 2 people need. Anything more than that, I think it would be difficult. Cute pink house within walking distance to beach, restaurant, and bars. Community pool shared with Southern Belle rentals and is walkable from property, however pool closed at 5. So that was a big disappointment as I had to work 2 days and got off at 5 and wanted to swim, but couldn’t. Overall, nice place to stay for 2 people!
