Enjoy the beauty and fun of Tybee Island in this stylish condo offering comfort and convenience just steps from the water. Boasting an efficient layout without sacrificing any comforts of home, this condo features a spacious bedroom, a bunk bed for the littles, a futon in the living room, and a full kitchen perfect for whipping up any recipe with ease.

Head out to the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee and breathe in the fresh salty air. When everyone returns from a day of exploring the island, kick back and relax as you play a movie in the living area before dozing off to the sound of the tide in the distance.

Perched in the northern end of Tybee Island, you will have access to numerous attractions just minutes from your front door. The entire island is lined with pristine sand and beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean. When you want a break from endless days lounging on the beach, the Tybee Island Light Station And Museum, Fort Screven, a plethora of restaurants, and various shops are all within a mile from your home base. For a day trip, take the scenic 15-mile drive to Savannah and explore the charming streets and restaurants that are scattered throughout the city.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family trip to Tybee

This location is a nice spot on Tybee Island. The pool is wonderful and the access to the beach is fantastic!The place is exactly as it looks in pictures. It is dated, but clean. It fit what we needed with low price and location.

Nice pool, short walk to water to watch dolphins, beautiful sunset photo ops, balcony faces parking lots, kitchen needs oven cookware, free parking at the unit but be prepared to pay $3.50/hr everywhere else on Tybee and Savannah.

It was just so amazing , thought our sons found a glitch in the door lock. If you were to put 000- etc till the rest of the digest but random, it would unlock sometimes with the wrong code.

When we arrived the condo was clean and warm with all the lights on. Very welcoming! We loved being on the first floor and so, so close to the ocean! And only a few steps to our car. Got a good nights sleep on the comfortable bed in the quiet dark bedroom!

Nice for the price

It was a comfortable, quiet place to stay. Conveniently located. It was a longer walk to the beach than expected. Pics of the view featured online are misleading. Balcony overlooks parking lot, but if you scrunch into the corner and lean out you can see bits of the beach through the landscaping.

Overall - the stay was fine. The gate to the property broke on Sunday - and they didn't fix it until Tuesday or Wednesday. And there was a water leak that started late Monday night in the ceiling of the bathroom. We called the 24-hr number, but I don't think anyone responded. We were out all day on Tuesday in Savannah, but we called again on Tuesday when we got back to the rental and someone came out that night. But we had to set out pans to catch the water that was dripping.

1st anniversary trip

At first glance the condo was exactly what i wanted. The first problem i had was turning on the tv.. there was no instructions on how to do so. Meaning the outlets on that side of the wall wasn't working but luckily I searched until I for a switch on the wall behind the balcony curtain that turns on the outlets (something people should know coming into the condo. Next was the couch pillows utterly disgusting ALL OF THEM. Next there was no parking pass available and was at risk of my car being towed. Finally got that issue resolved by being told to write my name on a piece of paper check in and checkout date. Overall I liked the house and the area but paying attention to little detail will make this condo a better experience

My Stay

This property needs a major upgrade. The bed was was very worn and uncomfortable. The couch is so old it was not even comfortable to sit on and almost impossable to turn into bed. The TV is very small aned old. We could not even get a picture the first night. The next morning I remembered my TV at home had to be on channel 3. This solved the problem. There was no chair in the room to sit. The only saving grace was the cost of the unit was very reasonable but the quality of the unit reflected that.

Nice but alot smaller than it seemed in the pictures.

It started bad, by me not receiving the necessary checkin email with codes, I had an email with codes just not the right ones. Then the buildings are not marked so it took a min for us to find our condo. Insects were aweful in the foyer, multiple bites just trying to get in our door. Condo was clean to the eye but the closets were a huge mess. Tybee was nice but I will plan to stay somewhere else next time, I was told handicap access but many steps to get down to the beach, no handicap access to beach and one ramp to get in condo building.

So disappointed we checked out 2 days early

I had double checked that the room was non-smoking and in fact the first thing we were met with was an overwhelming stench of smoke. The company at first seemed like they were going to be helpful though they offered no solution other than for us to pay more for somewhere else. Then we were up all night with noises of animals in the wall and when I brought that up the next day as we were checking out because we just couldn’t stay the two other nights we had booked the company suddenly went dark and wouldn’t answer our calls. We have tried repeatedly to contact them with no avail. This building is not great. Where are you lay your head in your bed is a hallway for everyone to go by and the only window to open is the porch door which is the parking lot. So even if it hadn’t been smokey and no animals in the walls, I would not recommend this place or this company.

As You Wish, Tybee was well stocked by homeowner and in a great location.

Vacasa needs improvement. Two days after we arrived, the code to door lock would no longer open the door for some reason. We were locked out and called Vacasa and were told the code for emergency key. The emergency key was missing. We waited 2 hours for someone to come to let us back inside. He changed the code but lock still would not work. He said he had never known of this to happen and that he would have to change the whole passcode lock BEFORE THE NEXT GUEST ARRIVED. He thought he had programmed a new code that would work for us and said it may take 30 minutes or so and he left and said to call him if it didn’t work. After an hour, I called him and it went to voice mail and I left a message but we got no return call. The rest of our week, we left our door unlocked whenever we went out and just locked our valuables in our car as we did not want to be locked out of condo again. Also, we could not access live TV on the tv there. Wi-Fi was good so we just streamed live tv from our tv provider on my iPad. We notified Vacasa and they did not know why Comcast tv was not working and said technology person would come check it but never did.

DON'T rest through Vacasa

I have rented using VRBO several times a year, this is the first time a second party company was involved. The second party is Vacasa. I will NEVER rent from them again & you shouldn't either! I received several emails & text from different numbers with directions on how to enter the condo, but no directions on how to get through the gate, where the condo was located or how to obtain the keys. We arrived after dark after a four hour drive and had to immediately call the local customer service because the directions were so poorly written. "Mandy" never answered and her voice mail says to "leave a message", but her mailbox is full so you can't. So that was pointless. I called the 1-800 customer service who was not local, he read to me the exact text I was given. I can read texts and email. I need to know how to get through the gate onto the property. Finally, after wandering around in the dark I found the condo & using the PIN (four attempts later) was able to get into the condo. After looking around the condo, what did I find on the back of the door? the directions for the lock boxes located outside the gate with the gate key card and condo door keys. WOW, that information would have been nice in the text or emails you sent.Forty minutes later we were finally able to get inside. I opened the binder which stated we needed to place the parking permit on our dash. There was no parking permit anywhere. I called customer service again & there was nothing they could do. I took a piece of notebook paper and made my own so I wouldn't be towed.The internet & television weren't working. I followed all the directions in the binder, but nothing worked. Again, I called one of the eight (that's right there were EIGHT) customer service phone numbers given to me. I attempted another local number, received a different females' voicemail and left a message. She NEVER called back. The next morning while looking around, what did I find?! A set of light switches hidden by the patio curtains. One of which was labeled "TV". Upon flipping it on the power came on to the TV & the Internet modem. Nowhere is this written or pictures provided. Again we figured it out ourselves. Although we had power to the TV we tried every possible combination and NEVER got the TV to work and no one from customer service called us back. Glad we didn't have a real emergency. As a 28 year Air Force veteran your directions & organization are some of the worst I've ever seen!
