「Heidy provided very warm and thoughtful service. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.」

「不知道在其它城市是否有这家酒店」

「酒店地理位置好，下楼就是大型购物中心，吃饭购物绝对方便。」

「This Ritz Carlton in Tysons is our favorite location. The room service breakfast was outstanding. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful time at Entyse Saturday night.」

「The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.」

「非常舒适」

「The property was okay overall, but it could use some renovation and a more thorough cleaning. The towels appeared yellowish, even though they seemed to have been washed, and the sofa cushion was broken. The location was great, but the property itself was just average and could use some improvements.」

「應該回復毎日有清理房間服務」

「员工有礼貌，设施齐全，性价比合适，停车方便，早餐还行！」
