This was one the best resorts we’ve ever visited. The staff were the best part of our whole trip. The rooms are excellent and we loved the private pool. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every meal there. They helped with transportation back and forth when we needed it. They also gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely the best resort I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to pretty much every popular holiday location in the world. The place is transformative—you become a new person. The staff are skilled at anticipating every need and they create an environment for healing and reconnection. A true Shangri La. It is clear why the Balinese are famous for their hospitality.

Wonderful staff, privacy, breakfast options.

I would absolutely recommend Natya Resort Ubud. The staff were friendly and accommodating, without any hovering or intrusiveness. The included breakfast had many options (Balinese, Indonesian, vegetarian, “Western”) and readily mixed. A real highlight! We stayed in the rainy season and the hotel’s efforts to keep mosquitoes at bay were impressive. Keep your patio doors closed!
The fruit plate to start our last breakfast. So fresh!

Fantastic hotel surrounded by nature

The Natya Resort is a brand new hotel, which opened in December 2016. Our stay was in February, so the hotel wasn't completely done yet, however, it didn't bother us as it wasn't noisy at all. The rooms and villas are amazing and very tastefully decorated incl. a bathtub and 2 showers (inside & outside). The service is also impeccable, especially Gusto and Eko, were always friendly and ready to help. We even got a complimentary 10-minute massage. The complementary breakfast can be chosen from a menu with a selection of 5 different 3-course meals (e.g. American, continental, balinese, etc.) and it's delicious (I recommend the Indonesian or Balinese breakfast). You can either have it delivered to your villa or have it in the restaurant by the main pool. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Ubud center, since it's actualy located in Tegallalang, however, there's a free shuttle several times a day taking you to Ubud and picking you up again. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. The hotel is like a pearl in the middle of nature! The value-for-money is the best you can get. It was definitely our favorite hotel in Bali and great if you want to relax. We loved it!

一共只有27間房, 美麗而寧靜的渡假村 ,房間大而舒適 ,私隱度高 ,泳池非常清潔, 心想森林villa 一定很多樹葉及昆蟲， 但酒店管理非常完善整體酒店房間泳池都非常整潔， 陽臺泳池 觀景一流，一片森林景色，亦可於泳池享用 飄浮早餐， 有深山世外桃源感覺， 但酒店設施不足 只有一個公共泳池及一間小型餐廳，但此價位私人泳池villa包早餐，非常推薦, 值得入住 (個人試過酒店內的spa感覺一般不太建議)

Great hotel in beautiful surroundings

Great place in the most beautiful setting possible. Very helpful and friendly staff - they claim that they want the guest to feel like family, and for sure we almost did. The hotel grounds are very well kept with lots of traditional art and flowers, almost resembling an ancient temple. The restaurant and bar performs as well - especially the local dishes are great.

I think you'll find much better, it was just OK

This place is OK, as always in Bali the staff were super friendly, the resort itself was nice, the views are great. The Royal villas for me are a little odd, the downstairs pool area can feel a little dark and small. The breakfast was in my opinion average at best, the fruit was delicious (you cant go wrong with fruit in Bali), Eggs Benedict was poor, english muffin was chewy and eggs were sometimes hard with a minimal amount of sauce. The transfer was random and carried out by a selection of local taxi guys rather than as in other resorts by a resort person, this cumulated in random experiences. We had some noisy neighbours the last few days and that wasn't pleasant We also had dinner here and it was not great quality, quite poor in fact.
