We had a great memorable vacation. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make the day special especially for our 34th Wedding anniversary and for my birthday, decorated our room and gave surprise cake. The daily breakfast is a feast and sitting by the Lotus Cafe/ Ubod Water Palace every morning is a treat. Our half day tour experience is beautiful and worth it. The Incense class/ ceremony and complimentart visit to Ubod Water Palace as a hotel guest is another great bonus experience. We got upgraded to a roomy quiet and beautiful Royal room and our family with us stayed at the classic room w balcony looking over Water Palace is beautiful.Special mention to Heri, Putu,Arya Yunita,Mang Ayu, Manik, Olag and Musta. Also thank you to Wayan and Ketut for incense class. Thank you to housekeeping team for a beautiful and clean room for 6 days. We will return w more family and friends next time

I had an excellent 6 day stay in this fabulous hotel. Its location is spot on in the central Ubud Jalan Raya and I could easily walk to most of the touristy places in Ubud. The room is very beautifully decorated and the breakfast and meals at the Pura Saraswati Restaurant is very delicious. Their hotel and restaurant staff are super helpful, friendly and courteous. I strongly recommend Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in central Ubud area.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Towels weren’t very white, maybe time to replace them. Peaceful environment, nice that the water temple entry is included. Breakfast was great. *difficult to have only a bath tub with hand held sprayer (no shower) for washing (pro tip: very affordable to have your hair washed at nearby salons) *door is traditional and therefore is not very secure and has gaps that allows bugs to get through. Luckily I didn’t have too many issues with that but as a solo traveller I’d prefer a more secure locking system. However I think staff is around 24/7 at the front lobby of hotel so that helps. Bed was very comfortable. I luckily had the perfect view from my patio of the performances at the neighbouring temple! Great stay

My friend and I spent ten glorious days and nights in Ubud at Puri Saraswati Dijiwa. We loved our suite and had wonderful sleeps on the comfy beds and quality linen. Every day we enjoyed our pool time and relaxing in the patio area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful! We always felt well taken care of. Massage therapist, Henny, has magic hands! Puri Saraswati Dijiwa is located in the heart of Ubud and it was easy to get around to our activities, restaurants and the markets. The hotel restaurant served us a scrumptious breakfasts every morning and we had many of our suppers there, too. If you’re looking for an authentic Balinese experience and beautiful surroundings, this is your stay!

There is loud music from the restaurant next door every night. There is no shower as such. You have a handheld sprayer in a bathtub. Not good if you aren’t as agile as you once were. You cannot be driven to reception. You are dropped off in the street and a very busy street at that. So looking forward to staying in a traditional hotel which it is but overall we were disappointed.

Beutiful and comfortable

There is still some renovation ongoing in parts of the hotel but we didn’t experience any noise or problems. The room was in excellent shape and comfortable.

This is a delightful hotel in the heart of Ubud and is a part of the Water Palace (guests get free access). The Art Market, the King's Palace and the city square are a couple of minutes walk away. There's no shortage of restaurants, with our favourite one, Nusa literally across the road. The rooms are big enough, very quaint and have modern amenities. The reception and restaurant staff are welcoming and professional. The in house catering is very good, although there is no room service. Access to various tourist attractions, near and far are easy, because of its central location. The traffic can't be avoided anywhere on Bali, so that's something you have to live with. The only disappointment was the very expensive in house spa. Had this been more competitively priced we would have used it, rather than going to outside spas. However, apart from this, everything else was very enjoyable and reasonably priced.

La struttura è direttamente nel centro di Ubud, molto bella, ben tenuta,il personale é gentilissimo. Unica nota da tenere in considerazione è che per accede alle camere bisogna fare una scala in pietra con gradini alti e il vialetto era per via di alcuni lavori pieno di fango.
