“Everything was good except the toilet paper holder fell off the wall first use. They were unable to fix it during our stay so the roll sat on the side of the tub. Truly a first world problem but then again, the room rate was not exactly a bargain rate either. Also the faucet on the sink was completely loose and wobbly and you had to turn it on carefully. I was sure it was going to fall off during our stay but we made it out without flooding the room. Staff was nice as could be. Bed was comfy and……

“Friendly staff, helpful with suggestions. Property was clean, nice remodel, comfortable, but I felt bad anytime the floor would squeak, afraid I was disturbing the downstairs guests. Shower water pressure was slightly low.”

“Very nice hotel! Clean room, good location, quiet. Friendly staff. Only real criticism is that the room, while nice, could have been nicer for the price ($312/night). It was very solid. But could have been nicer. Felt very generic. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I’m nitpicking, but for price could be a tad bit better.”

“The staff were amazing and very friendly. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this hotel. The sheets and towels had visible stains on them. The table hadn't been wiped off at all. The TV and remote required you to reprogram the TV every time you turned it on. It wasn't what you'd expect for the amount of money I paid.”

“We always stay at the Hampton. The staff is so friendly including the night manager and the breakfast staff. Speaking of breakfast, there is a nice selection with multiple hot items and 2 different types of waffles.”
