“Lobby and restaurant are luxury and swimming pool is gorgeous, we really love the facilities. Our room has a independent cloakroom but bedroom and bathroom are a little small, I'd rather to have more space of them without a cloakroom....And there is a terrace with 180 degree view, amazing! Overall, it's a luxury hotel with excellent service that you can have a relax stay.”

“The location is everything - right by the Duomo! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - not too fancy - but you have everything you need. The bed and the bedding were quite good. They have a nice breakfast buffet with many selections. I will go back again. ”

“The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly ”

“Very clean and convenient, nice that it was past the main part of town opposite side of city from vernacular which made it quiet but close. ( there is a nearby shuttle, or a 15 minute walk with bags…). The hotel gives you a feel that you are staying in a room of a castle. ”
