「My second stay in this lovely apartment. Very well equipped kitchen, where there were also a bottle of wine, olive oil, and fresh fruit waiting for us. Detailed instructions for all things in the apartment. Plenty of linen and towels. The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake, which is also a wonderful place for bird watching.」

Emanuela is a wonderful host and really cares about your comfort. The electric heating worked well and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare your meals. The village is beautiful and there are bike and walking trails throughout. Highly recommend. 」

「Beautiful old apartment in historic Gubbio. Elena and Frederica were easy to deal with and met us to direct us to apartment. Even had a garage!(small cars only). Home had beautiful garden that could be accessed from living room and bedroom. Floors, ceilings, wooden beams all over 500 years old! Such beauty. Elena even came the next morning to make us breakfast! Wow! Wish we had stayed longer. If you want to stay in a comfortable authentic Italian home - this is the place for you! We will be...

「We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the rural quiet location. The suite was a great size for two, clean, easy parking and the drive into any of the hill towns and villages was easy. Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. 」
