A Cozy, Quiet Getaway

Relax in this one bedroom condo nestled in a natural wooded setting on the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort property. The condo features one bedroom with queen size bed and a large newly remodeled bathroom “ensuite”, a family room with a pull out sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. You will enjoy cozying up to the electric wood burning fireplace on cool, fall / winter evenings .The eating area sits four people comfortably and the kitchenette features a refrigerator,microwave and toaster oven. Washer and dryer also included along with free WIFI. Walk out onto the back deck, sit and enjoy the peaceful serenity and breathe in the fresh mountain air. You can even hear the soothing sound of a babbling brook running by.
Take advantage of our beautiful outdoor pool tucked back into the woods adjacent to our complex.

Frank Llyod Wright's Falling Water & Kentuck Knob. Ohiopyle State Park with white water rafting, biking and hiking trails.Laurel Caverns, Fort Necessity Battlefield, Historic Stonehouse Restaurant and General Braddock's Grave.
There are several restaurants along the National Pike ( Route40) as well as casual dining in the Ohiopyle State Park area.
Just on the cusp of the Nemacolin Property is the Lady Luck Casino that is open to the public.

Weekend get away

We stayed two nights at the condo. We went to Fuel coffee, the Distillery and Clay Pike Winery. All very nice with entertainment at the winery. We went to the casino at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Definitely cozy! Definitely quiet! I stayed here while attending a professional conference at Nemacolin resort and got an amazing night’s sleep in this comfortable, clean, very private condo. Would definitely recommend trying to arrive before dark as the area is dark and wooded and the streets are winding. But this is an amazing setting to relax and regroup. Lots of outdoorsy stuff to do nearby (many of the resort attractions and restaurants are not open to non-guests) and we loved the Bittersweet Cafe, which was recommended by the host. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Weekend in the Laurel Highlands

We had a great stay while we explored Ohiopyle. The accommodations were the perfect location and a nice place to relax after a day filled with waterfalls, hiking, and biking. The property had every amenity that we needed, it was well equipped and very clean. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the property owner was easy and helpful. I definitely recommend this cozy get-away to explore the Laurel Highlands, whether you are looking for outdoor adventures or want to take in the Frank Lloyd Wright properties in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway

Grandson trip

Great gateway in the woods

Excellent property for a weekend gateway. Very clean. It is located in the back of Nemacolin Resort. Very wooded. Plenty of outdoor activities nearby.

This condo is in a great location with everything you need to relax and unwind while having lots of activities just a quick drive away. Loved mornings and evenings on the patio. Very clean with lots of extras to make you feel at home.

Lovely Condo

Spent two nights at this lovely condo set in the woods at Nemacolin Resort. Relaxing location to catch up on work after long days spent at a construction site. Only complaint was that one of the bathroom lights was burned out. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo in the Treetops

Beautifully decorated, clean and perched like a treehouse among the wooded acres of Nemacolin and Just three minutes away from the lobby of the Chateau! It was a perfect place to be, and we enjoyed taking day trips to visit the neighboring Frank Lloyd Wright properties, as well as The adjacent walking trails and condo pool. thank you!

Nemacolin Cute

This was a perfect location to visit the Laurel Highlands. It was so easy to get to and then get around. The resort was undergoing renovations and we couldn't see everything but we would definitely go back and stay at this unit. The setting was so quiet and tranquil, what a treat!

Wonderful woodsy retreat!

Booked this for a short weekend getaway. The place was filled with everything we needed and very comfortable and clean. It's perfectly located in a super quiet, small neighborhood adjacent to Nemacolin. We opted out of the resort restaurants and tried local places instead. Highly recommend Bittersweet and Fuel for coffee, breakfast, and treats. Enjoyed a glass of wine and an amazing sunset on the upper porch of The Summit Inn. Visited the Fort Necessity National Park. Capped off the weekend with a long hike at Ohiopyle. We loved the area and will be back!

Absolutely loved it here. Stayed at several of these units in past years but this one is my favorite. Clean, comfy, great bathroom, little touches like body wash, shampoo, coffee, water. Will pack less next visit. It took us awhile to figure out the TV and couldn’t find any sports stations but that wouldn’t change our mind. Pool is beautiful. Host was awesome and responded right away can’t wait to return!

Condo at Nemacolin

Comfortable condo with all amenities needed for a short stay. I especially appreciated the coffee and cream that were provided and the beautiful view from the deck. There’s lots to do in the area. We learned fascinating history at Fort Necessity, hiked in Ohiopyle State Park, were wowed by Fallingwater, and grieved again at the Flight 93 Memorial. The local restaurants and coffee shops were welcoming and served tasty meals. Thank you, Elizabeth, for sharing your condo.

A relaxing fall trip. Proximity to all the bike trails, hiking, and FLW houses. The condo is clean, comfortable, quiet and well outfitted. The back deck overlooking the woods was peaceful and great fall colors.
