"What stood out - and what we appreciated most - was the help we received when we needed to get to the airport. We arrived late at the hotel just to spend the night and catch our flight home in the morning. During the night, the airline sent an email saying our flight had been cancelled and we had been booked on another flight leaving an hour earlier! Luckily, we saw the email but with only about 1/2 hour before boarding. We rushed downstairs and as the shuttle was not there, a very nice man offered to take us (sorry, did not get his name.) The shuttle arrived just in time and we made it to the gate as passengers were boarding. "

"The room was clean but the tub was older. The staff was so friendly and kind. I didn’t use the shuttle but I upset because they parked the shuttle in the front door and you couldn’t go around it. It was pouring rain and everyone was upset bc it wasn’t going out again and we all were soaked!"

"Our stay was comfortable. The location is situated in a cozy neighborhood off a Main Street. In a short distance you can be to I-90 or restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and a hospital. Only twenty minutes to get to university circle or downtown. The team of hosts is of the highest level with nearly instantaneous response times to make your stay seamless and remove any troubles that come your way. I will seek out this experience again. Nothing but a positive experience. Would recommend with good faith. "

"Super Cute and Comfortable! This place is super cute and very well equipped! It is very clean and I loved the little "anitques" mixed in with the modern. The couch is very comfortableand the kitchen is well equipped. The mattress was perfection after walking around all day in this beautiful little town. I appreciated the wonderful (but subtle) smell of the sheets and towels. The bathroom has great storage - it is on the second floor. Thanks so much, Jake! You were a wonderful host! All of the best to you!"

"Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay! Super clean and great amenities!! Perfectly convenient for downtown Cleveland trips, Zoo, and shopping! GREAT neighborhood for walks and outdoor activities with a park directly across the street. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Good communication with the owner. Parking is poor . That area needs cleaned up. Everything about the apartment was nice. Bed was comfortable. "

"The pictures made the place look nicer than it is. Not very clean and smelled like someone used to smoke in the home. If you are someone sensitive to smells this is not the home for you. The things the owner has furnished the home with are nice- good beds and plenty of nice clean towels and the style is cute- but the house itself isn’t nice. "
