“Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure……

“The property and location were fine, but not at the same level that Homewood suites usually are. The room kitchen was ill stocked, the dishwasher leaked, and I had to go to the front desk twice to get enough plates and silverware for the two of us. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was a real disappointment, extra water had been added to the oatmeal and the gravy. When I asked the staff to refill the cheese burritos, she glanced up, said in a moment,……

“I checked out the day I checked in. My room was infested with roaches. When I reached out to staff they informed me that they were aware and no rooms in the hotel would be free of pest. I requested a refund and early check out. When calling to verify my refund I contacted the property after calling Expedia as I was charged directly by the hotel. They argued with me that the refund would come through Expedia and were rude in their incorrect explanation. I urge you not to choose this stay under……
