Loved the beautiful architecture. The staff was very nice, but the dining facilities at night were rather limited. I am guessing it was due to social distancing and smaller staff numbers. The food was delicious.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for all of us- 3 couples and 2 kids. Jane had a high chair and pack and play available for us, it was awesome not to have to haul them! There was also basic condiments, spices, snacks and coffee provided. Checking in was a breeze. The location is great, a short drive to the zoo, Churchill Downs, and lots more. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs.There is plenty of city noise, but the baby was able to sleep. Jane had some great recommendations for things to do, and offered some great info on the history of the area. The property could use some minor repairs, but nothing that impacted our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place. Clean beautiful house and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped, we really loved the off street parking. The house is in a perfect location. All the sites we wanted to see were with close distance. The third bed room is up some steep steps no problem for us but it would be nice to mention in case it would matter to next travelers. One of the downstairs beds remote fan control is missing battery but we didn’t use the fans anyway. The owners were kind to text to make sure we had what we needed. And we did. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the great stay

I stay at this hotel a few times a year. I have never had an issue. The rooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. During my stay this past weekend, the hotel had some guests who did not understand what a check out time was. Due to this, a room was not ready when I got there. The staff were very apologetic and kind. They immediately worked on getting me a room and when I came back, it was perfect. Thank you all!!
