“Checkin took a long time ..15 minutes + Difficulty understanding my bookings ( had booked 4 nights online, then had added 1 on for beginning of stay) Keys not activated so had to call for access to underground parking Elevator not working from underground parkade so had to take stairs with luggage, then go to front desk to get keys activated Hallway floors pretty dusty … not vacuumed for awhile”

“The Sheraton is my favourite place to stay when I am in Saskatoon. My kids love staying here because of the amazing pools and watersides. Great location, along the river, with lots of places to eat nearby. I love the unique Sheraton scent. Make sure to sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy points.”

“The property was generally in very good condition and I had booked one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. The room was spacious and in good working order however, one thing I did notice was cost cutting in terms of amenities within the hotel room. This was a large suite and did not have a bottle opener or really any other shampoos or lotions aside from the very basics that you would find in any cheap hotel room. This was a little disappointing however overall the hotel is still decent.……

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”

“The staff were great, the building is under repair and upgrades with new owners apaarently. Rooms were adequate sized, but very old and dated, floors were unvacuumed, bathroom counter smeared from a sloppy clean job, and when i opened the main blanket on the queen bed, there was black hair evrywhere, like 3-6 inches long, i noticed this within a blink of opening the covers, all throughout the sheets and pillows under close inspection and with dim lighting i might add. It was like the bed was……
