「Didn’t like much about the property. Very outdated. Restaurant selection was poor. The beds were lumpy and need total changing. The staff are young foreigners and have trouble understanding issues that arise and very untrained in the hospitality industry.」

「A rustic, old-time feel but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If you have a car, be sure to ask where to park. I will stay here again next time I'm in Juneau.」

「Older hotel, but right downtown. Walk to the tram, but it was broken down expected to be fixed in June. You can easily walk to bars, shops, and restaraunts. Many, many jewelry shops if you like that stuff. Suggest the M&M city tours for a two hour area tour and great narration!」

「It locate at a very beutiful, with very typical Alaska scene place, quiet, calm, comfort. The breakfast is also very good.」

「The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The room was clean and comfortable having a washer and dryer in it. The facility is dated in the hallway and the furniture is old, dented and scratched. The gym was tiny and we shared a queen size bed for there’s no King size available. The location is great for there’s a park close by with a long walkway along the water to downtown.」

「好👌，近机场 ，但是没有机场穿梭巴士，不是很方便去机场。比较安静，房间干净整洁，宽敞舒适，有厨房，可以自己煮饭。总体来说还是不错的，值得入住。」
