“Property was lovely with pool, no car needed as hoped. About $45 from tampa airport in lyft and $30 to PIE airport. About 3 blocks from beach access where food, bathroom, and shower available. You can purchase chair $10 & umbrella $45 on upham beach. Walgreens and gas station is a good walk about $7 lyft to beach. Enterprise car rental near Walgreens open only weekdays about $100 for 24 hrs. Waffle house, Bouy's Brunch restaurant, Smoking Monkey Restaurant & Live music, and 82 Degrees Bar/The……

Two things i want to mention that is not an inconvenience but beach service closed at 5PM, could be a bit longer and weeds smell was everywhere. Staff reacted quickly appropriately and sent an email blast. ”
