“Horrible does not match the website ”

“Staff was excellent. Location is great. ”

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

The Good: - The resort has beautiful grounds. - Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. - We stayed in a spacious private residence that offered fantastic views and a large balcony. The Bad: - The beach was unusable every day, forcing us into a cramped shuttle ride for 35 minutes to a very crowded……
