「Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. 「We have stayed many times at this location. This visit was terrible. The other guests making noise in the hallway until 2a.m. was horrible. We might look for lodging elsewhere on our next visit.」

「The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I had two reservations for two days that they consolidated them so I didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathrooms seems bigger than other hotels. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. The restaurant lady was very friendly and did a great job keeping the tables clean and people fed. The cleaning lady was also friendly and kept the hotel very clean.」

「The pool water appeared cloudy and not clean. Not enough chairs at the pool. Elevator was stifling hot for some reason. Shampoo canister was empty in shower. 3 towels for 4 people. Gym was under construction so no fresh water station. Breakfast was excellent- good coffee.」

「Everything was wonderful ! I had a hard time using my door key, and the staff came up and helped me and made sure I was able to use the key on my own. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend and use comfort Inn again.」
