“Stayed here for 1 night in late September 2025. The hotel is stunning, with fantastic grounds and gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and we didn’t expect the chocolate brownie, which was a nice treat. The evening fine dining was expensive but delicious, and the ales and beers from vexin were top notch. The grounds around the hotel feel very safe, and we were able to store 2 bicycles in an outside storage facility, which was secure.”

“餐飲相當好、服務人員親切有禮、環境仂美、獨具特色。但因古老建築、沒有電梯、扛搬行李費勁。比較可惜的是泡澡浴缸未乾淨清潔。”

“J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil du personnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville : tout peut se faire à pied. Le parking est très pratique, surtout quand on sait que le stationnement en ville est très cher. Les chambres sont bien décorées, même si le bâtiment reste ancien et atypique.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“La habitación impecable, la vista es la mejor de todo Etretat. El personal muy amable. El Balcón permite escuchar las olas del mar tan próximas que se puede distinguir las piedras que forman la playa chocando. Es un edificio histórico muy bien conservado. El desayuno es económico, puede mejorar el desayuno ”
