"Located inside the Haneda airport off terminal 3, conveniently connected to Keiku train station, remember to purchase a seica card and go off to explore! Their breakfast is a separate charge of roughly 20 Usd. It's a great choice if you land at night time and don't want to pay a taxi fee. They have a free cloak service where you can leave your luggage and go explore!"
