Schöne Wohnung, schlechte bzw. keine Hinweise auf Besonderheiten

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Problem bestand dahingehend, dass in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde, dass das Haus neu ist und noch nicht alle Wohnungen fertig gestellt waren. Somit hatten wir 14 Tage Baulärm , dauerhaftes bohren und hämmern, der von der Agentur Noclegi.Renters.pl, als Renovierungslärm zu polnischen ortsüblichen Zeiten abgetan wurde. Des Weiteren gab es keine Mülltonnen im Haus, sodass einige Mieter ihren Müll in der Tiefgarage abgelegt haben. Die Behauptung der Agentur, dass man eine Mülltonne vor dem Haus aufgestellt hat, nach unserer Rückfrage, stimmt nicht. Bis zur Abreise stand keine Mülltonne zur Verfügung. Außerdem hatte man in der Beschreibung zur Wohnung vergessen zu erwähnen, dass der Smart TV keine deutschen Sender empfängt. Eine kleine Notiz dazu sollte schon sein, dass man sich entsprechend einstellt oder die Wohnung nicht wählt. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Gläsern kann man sicher auch noch verbessern. Kaffeemaschine ist in dem Fall Pad Maschine, keine Filterkaffeemaschine, nur als Hinweis. Die Wohnung ist schön, die Beschreibung einiger Begleitumstände äußerst mangelhaft und sehr ärgerlich.
