"We love the Yellow Treehouse. The two decks are perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Walking distance to the marina and sundancers grill. All the amenities necessary and then some. Super clean! And the hosts are MORE than accommodating. We stayed during a winter storm and the host provided an additional space heater. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!! "

"This has by far been one of our favorite home rentals. My friends and I started a tradition of getting together the day after New Year’s for a couple of nights, and this time all my friends came to our neck of the woods. We found this beautiful home in spicewood. The multiple seating spaces, the indoor and outdoor dining, and all of the accommodations were not just comfortable and functional, but so iconically Austin. Great for my friends from Minnesota. The little touches, like the s’mores kit and the guitars with Willie Nelson pictures were so much fun. We played the board games, had plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and enjoyed the peaceful view from the deck. I highly recommend this place and will definitely tell my friends and clients. "Perfect stay for our family luau! We hosted my mother’s luau-themed 70th birthday at this Lake Travis home, and let me tell you… it was everything. The property was gorgeous, the scenery was peaceful, and there was plenty of space and beds for our big family to spread out comfortably.The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and had that “wow” factor the moment we walked in. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. My mom was completely surprised and so, so happy — which was the whole goal.If you’re looking for a spacious, beautiful lake house for a family gathering or celebration, this spot is it. Highly recommend."

"I stayed here with a group of friends in and could not have asked for a better experience. From the start of the booking process Lucas and his team were so responsive and kind, always answering my questions promptly and professionally. The house itself was beautiful, clean, had all the amenities we could need throughout the weekend, and the setting was simply perfect. The only thing I would note is that we opted of from swimming off the dock as there was a lot of in-water vegetation surrounding it, but hey, that's a lake for you! They do have plenty of water toys to use and a boat slip if you want to take advantage of the water during your stay. I also wanted to note that although the house is a little "out there" from Austin proper, we had no problem getting Ubers, and popping out to the city for an afternoon or up to Lake Travis for a boat day was a breeze. In summary, we had the best time and would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a lake getaway with their family and friends. 10/10!"

"Clean throughout, Nice pool, hot tub and game room. Only issue was lack of closets in 2 bedrooms. The view from the upper desk was delightful!"

"Everything was good.few things like on upper deck screws are not all the way screwed in so you can poke your self in leg. Also at night time we had issue with mosquitoes coming in from the bottom deck like some kind of gap in the door all in the corner. In guest room, some unpleasant odor."
