Highly Recommend!

We stayed at this property for a month in March/April and had a very memorable stay! The location is perfect with views of the slopes, we enjoyed our coffee on the front deck every morning. The community is quiet and the complimentary in-town shuttle is right outside, super convenient! We highly recommend this property and will be back!

Great rental

Located so close to the bus line to Vail Village. We were on the lift minutes after leaving the rental. Comfortable and clean. The communication with the property manager could not have been smoother.

As soon as we walked into the condo, our reaction was, "this place is very dirty." Broken things: deck chairs, power outlet, blinds, window opener. No sheets for the hide-a-bed. Little things missing that are normally provided in a rental. For example, Kleenex. Overall, we adjusted, but I wouldn't recommend this place to others. Also, the pic on the e-mail was not where we stayed. We were in B205.

Unit was good; just a bit small. Bathroom on downstairs level was inconvenient at best. Stairs leading to bedroom level were quite narrow. Beds were excellent. Location was great. Bus stop was not just a few steps away except if you do not count stairs. Biggest issue - arrival directions to check-in were poor. It was difficult to locate our unit. Detailed direction (map) would have been a great help.

Pretty Good Place

A pretty good place to stay while skiing at Vail. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The views of the Vail resort were unbeatable! The queen-sized bed was quite comfortable. A couple of downsides: (1) The unit only allows parking for one vehicle. This was a problem for us since we we had two groups driving up. Some advice regarding what to do with the 2nd car would have been helpful; (2) The TV was not set up properly to view Xfinity. It took me 30 minutes or so to get the various settings correct so that we could watch the Olympics; (3) We were not provided with any check-out instructions, which left us confused about what needed to be done before departure; and (4) The bedrooms are upstairs but the bathroom is downstairs, which is sort of a pain for us older guests :-) As I said, it was a pretty good place to stay.

Solid Stay; Billing not great

Stay was a solid 9/10 or 10/10 and it was a nice rental for the cost. Couldn't find the parking pass but not a big deal. Billing so far has been a 2/10. Booked on VRBO. Was forwarded to a rental agreement to sign and to pay the rest via bank transfer. I called the company and asked specifically if I should fill out the bank transfer or wait to be charged on the CC I booked the stay with. I was specifically told to fill out the bank transfer and I would not be double charged. I was then double charged for the stay via CC and bank transfer. I was notified relatively quickly that I was double charged (myself and the company noticed at nearly the same time). It has now been approximately 2 weeks since the double charge and 9ish business days and I have still not received the double charged refund although being told multiple times that they are checking on it.

“Recently Remodeled”-what a joke

Place was fine. Kitchen was recently done….however, rest of the place is not new or nice whatsoever. Old beds and bedding. Toilet had to me messed with after each flush. Hair filled soap left in shower…place hasn’t had a good deep cleaning in a VERY long time.

The condo was perfect for 4

Condo was cozy but perfect size for a ski getaway vacation with my daughter, her best friend, and the friend's dad. Girls used the bunks, the dad used the loft and I took the sofa bed. All beds and pillows were comfortable. We decided to drive to the Vail and just pay for parking versus use the shuttle. Kitchen was great. Safeway is just down the access road. Thanks for making it super easy to checkin. We had no need to contact the property manager.

Wonderful Stay!!

My family and I rented this wonderful property for a month and had a wonderful stay! The property was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The view was amazing and the property manager was friendly and always accessible. We look forward to returning!
