Welcome to Fairway Views Estate, hosted by InvitedHome. This family home sits on the golf course in a quiet neighborhood. The open living space includes a gourmet kitchen, island breakfast bar, round dining table, living room with views, gas fireplace, and outdoor deck with dining area and gas grill.
Upstairs, the main bedroom features an ensuite with a steam shower, bidet, and jetted tub with views of the Gore Range. There's also a guest bedroom and office nook. Downstairs, two guest king bedrooms have ensuites. The bunk room features double everything - two full and twin bunk beds, ensuite with two toilets and showers.
The lower level lounge offers a wrap around couch and big screen TV. The hot tub is nestled for privacy with views of the golf course. Modern and smart, this home is perfect for making memories. Fairway Views Estate is certified as a Silver Home by the U.S. Green Building Council in the LEED Green Building rating system, offering eco-friendly accommodations just a short distance from the Vail.

- Ample walking trails you can easily access from your front door.
- 10 minute bike ride to Vail Village.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- Parking: four spaces; two in the driveway and two in the garage.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- There is ski parking included in Vail Village.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
