The unit is well located within Vail. However in the summer months the Air Conditioning struggles to keep up with the heat. In the winter it would be a significant walk to Gondola One. Issues to keep in mind.

Great property in Vail Village

Beautiful, comfortable condo with a well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance to the base and all of Vail Village. The ski locker at Vista Bahn is a big plus!

Fantastic stay - property just as advertised

My family spent a month here over the summer, it is a wonderful property. Fantastic location, plenty of space, easy parking and nice amenities. Easy and friendly communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Guys trip

had a great time. Unit was well maintained and close to the town. Maybe an 8 minute walk to Gondola One. The locker is a huge plus to keep ski's and boots just 18 steps from the Gondola. I would stay here again!! thank you

Great Stay

We stayed 2 weeks in this condo and we had an amazing time. The condo was clean when we arrived, was furnished, and updated as promise. Since the unit is on the top floor, and in the corner, noise from other units is extremely limited to non-existent. Pablo, the owner, was communicative, friendly, and helpful. There is no better condo or location for the price in Vail village. I would 100% recommend this unit for anyone, including families with young children.

We loved staying at the apartment. The bedrooms were separated nicely, the decor clean and easy, the kitchen, linens and supplies were all very well stocked with equipment, the AC worked well, the building was well maintained and very well located, the pool was great. Plus, Pablo was easy to reach and helpful. A+

Wonderful stay in Vail!

We spent 6 days in February with another family (4 adults + 4 teenagers) and this place was great! Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable family room for everyone to hang out together. Each couple had their own bedroom / bathroom and the 4 kids had two bedrooms and a shared "Jack and Jill" bathroom. The location was great with the village restaurants and shopping right across the street. It was a bit of a walk to gondola one (8-10 min), but it was a nice walk through the village and the ski locker right at the gondola made it very easy and convenient to get on and off the mountain. We'd definitely consider staying here and recommend to others.

Great place for our son's wedding

Amazing location and 3 bedroom apartment

Beautiful and modern 3 bedroom apartment, best location ever, the kitchen has everything you will need. What I recommend is to clean better the apartment, it was somewhat dirty in the floors when we got there, all the white blankets where also dirty and some sheets, couch and sofa where full of hair. We washed everything when we arrived and that solved this issue. Also, 3 of the heaters remote controls had no battery. The fireplace didn’t work but they came to fix it after 2 days and then everything was okay. Overall the apartment is great I just recommend to improve the cleanliness and little details.

Nicely appointed

This home is in really nice condition and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a large family. The den and kitchen have excellent lighting which we've found to be lacking in previous properties we’ve rented in years past. We were very pleased.

Great stay at the heart of Vail Village

This was an excellent stay! Just as it looks in the pictures, so modern and comfortable. It’s only a few steps away from the shops and 5min walking to the gondola. Honestly can’t think of a better place to stay. Communication with Pablo was great as well and he was always available for anything we needed. 100% recommended.
