Featuring four bedrooms and a loft with a total of three bathrooms, the condo includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and third bedrooms, two twin beds in the fourth bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds in the loft. The property also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a washer/dryer, and a barbeque grill. It was a great location but they only gave us 2 parking passes. It was midweek and not busy with many available spaces. We were told to park the 3rd family car at Lionshead parking which charged 60 per day or a total of 120. I would appreciate a refund for this as it was definitely a charge we did not expect. The condo itself was very nice aand accomodating for our family.

Perfect Vail Property

We have stayed in this building for a couple of years now and this specific unit has been our favorite! It is great for families traveling with kids. Steps away from the bus in Lionshead Village. We will absolutely be booking this property again!

Great for groups

Great layout for family and friends with lots of rooms. Covered patio was perfect for morning coffee and the location was great. Pool and hottub on site were well maintained. Lots to do in vail, even in the summer!

Bachelor getaway

We had a great time during our stay in Vail. The unit was everything we needed and expected. We had 10 guys up for a bachelor getaway weekend and everyone had a bed with the exception of two sharing the king size bedroom. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen was great. Only down fall was onsite parking but the office set us up with some offsite parking so it was all good. Will definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for

The condo was mediocre. Location is good (other than the freeway noise), kitchen was well stocked, and the hosts were accommodating in getting us in an hour early, which my family appreciated. The biggest issue was the lack of ventilation for the three bedrooms that were upstairs. Even with fans running and the windows open it was too hot for some of my family to sleep which made for a challenging three days. I suspect that a single floor condo would do better, but not having HVAC in a two floor unit was tough. In addition, for some unknown reason, at least two of the alarm clocks in the unit had been set and turned on. One went off at midnight and the other at 6am. Not sure why a condo even has alarm clocks in 2022, but that was frustrating. Lastly, the unit just wasn't that clean feeling - and I don't mean that people didn't clean it - it's just kind of worn out and in need of some freshening up. All in all, this rental was fairly cheap for Vail and so I shouldn't be surprised that it wasn't great - just set your expectations accordingly.

Vantage Point In Vail for Family Vacation

Overall the property was great for our family. The space was a bit small for 9 people but it worked out well for everyone. We were out in the village most of the time or hiking so our time spent in the condo was limited. The kitchen was well stocked with what equipment we needed to cook our meals and the view was wonderful when sitting out on the deck in the morning and at night. Our grandchildren enjoyed the loft area and the bunk beds - perfect for them to be together!! Also they loved the pool and hot tub! The one complaint I do have is the carpets and floor were not very clean. The floor in the kitchen was dirty and the carpets are badly stained when we arrived so hopefully whenever is responsible for the upkeep will get them cleaned. I would definitely recommend the property to others. Again, overall we were very pleased to find this condo for our family vacation and will consider it again for our next trip to Vail. The front desk staff was very nice to work with at Destinations of Vail but I would recommend you have someone with the cleaning people who speaks English to make communicating a little easier. Great location

Great views of the ski mountain from a good sized balcony. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Some of the glass bowls and cups were chipped and should be replaced. The unit was very clean except for some stains in the carpet. The only downside was that the living room was quite small for a condo that advertises that it sleeps 12 - it only seats about 6 adults comfortably. Fortunately the weather was perfect so we were outdoors most of the time. Also to note, the two toilets on the main floor are exceptionally low to the ground and can be hard for the elderly.
