「Clean, staff lovely, stairs a problem」

「Purtroppo la nostra prenotazione confermata è pagata un mese prima non è stata riscontrata e così non abbiamo potuto continuare il nostro viaggio perché non si trovava altra sistemazione a Orvieto. Sto ancora aspettando chiarimenti dopo una settimana Mi rivolgerti a un avvocato」

Great location, closer to restaurants and museums, churches. Staff very pleasant and helpful with advices. Breakfast provided was good. Good coffee and juice, yogurt.」

「La Villa Sant’Andrea est idéalement située à quelques minutes en voiture de Sienne et de l’ensemble des commodités. Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille dans cette maison pleine de charme. La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et préparés avec soin. Parking gratuit et aisé devant la maison. Un immense merci à Maria et Chiara pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Leur sourire et leur attention font toute la différence....

「There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!」

「Check in was good and easy to follow, elevator was slow, a faster elevator is needed, air conditioner is state of the art, but complaints will come if they don’t cool the room faster in the summer months, ants in the room by the windows need to be addressed and eliminated, room was impeccable, but insects in a room is not pleasant, not clear if water bottles and snacks were complimentary, please clarify it further; Overall, we had a nice stay and will come back and recommend others!」
