「Very basic but it had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Didn't use the kitchen but the folding door in front was incredibly stiff and was scared of breaking anything after paying €250 damage deposit. Staff were fine during the limited interactions we had.
The location is good but noisy at night.
It was fine but I wouldn't recommend.」

「Appreciated the housekeeping and when asked for ice for my mom when she fell, they sent some right away.
Would be nice to have dish soap and a sponge and a starter bottle of water for the room. We arrived past midnight so could not get any groceries. Staff was very friendly and nice.
My sister’s crib was not in the room for her baby and couldn’t get one until the next day. When she got it, it didn’t fit in the bedroom.
The process of getting pool towels is not Efficient. Waited 30 min in line...
