“We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived.
Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding……

“There was some confusion with the refund process but it was all worked out easily. Also, the hot water had not been turned on but once we contacted Roy he got back to us ASAP and gave us instructions. Great location and host.”
