Nautical B by Concept Flats

Concept Flats presents Nautical Flats, fully equipped designer lofts that aim to combine the best of both worlds: the service standards of a hotel with the comfort of being in your own home.

In addition to a convenient location just steps away from the City of Arts and Sciences and the Maritime District, the loft has everything you need so that all you have to bring is your toothbrush—all backed by Concept Flats’ commitment to quality and excellence.

We look forward to seeing you.

If you’d rather not walk, we recommend taking public transportation, as buses 4, 30, and 95 stop right outside the apartment. This is a sustainable, fast, and economical way to get around, and you’ll be able to easily reach the city’s main attractions.
