"The Air conditioner in the room operated intermittently. The fan function should run when the cooling/warming cycle is operating. Result - Too cold -too-hot and sleep interruption. "

Smoke alarm was removed and broken and on table not on the wall where it should be. Carpet was black and room smelt like mold. I wish there was a way to post pictures."

"We came to eat breakfast at 9:25 on Sunday morning. We were getting our coffiees and going to walk through the line. They closed the doors. We asked was breakfast over already? We were told yes. Online and when checking in it was said on Saturday and Sunday breakfast was from 7:00 till 10:00 and possibly 11:00. Was very disappointed. The coffee was excellent though."
