Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 23:00 to 7:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment. House rules are displayed in the living room. Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation.
