“Got back from our event at 1015 and was locked out of hotel and room. Waited a very long time for someone to come help at the desk. The lobby was full of people still at 10 - and they were all still waiting to be checker into their rooms. Some has been waiting hours! Check in times are at 3- so these people had reservations and were still waiting for a room at 10 pm. We were there for 3 nights and asked for garbages to be taken out and that never happened. ”

“The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! After checking out, the staff actually called me when they found my glasses in our room, I appreciated that as we were still in Rochester and could return for them! I would stay here again.”

“The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on……

“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the parking situation, which the staff was very helpful in explaining it. I also love how i cant hear people out in the hallway or next door. Lots of privacy and rest.”

“We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. ”

“Very easy check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed with extras! Delicious breakfast and they kept it fresh. My daughter used the hot tub after a long couple days of dance competitions and found it nice & hot..best massage she said!”

“Drove up from florida for my mothers funeral. Online this place states it has a pool/hot tub, breakfast , coffee and the pictures show a quant, small town hotel. Reality is, its a run down, out dated, over priced dump! Pool and hot tub...out of order ( after talking with a few locals, they said it hasnt been operational for close to a year), no coffee maker in room, coffee maker in lobby...out of order. Breakfast...beware!!!! Reheated dried out egg (pucks), half cooked ( pink in the middle)……
