They gave my room to someone else who had booked the room for 2027, the wrong year. Then they wanted me to checkout early so they could clean the room for the next guest. That morning they turned on TV super loud, ran the vacuum cleaner in the room above, phoned me, and everything else to wake me up and annoy.

It’s a nice big room. But the air quality wasn’t the best. And the bedding smelled a bit musty. The washroom was clean, but it had the smell of a stinky mop. Fancy bidet though! The complimentary tea was nice. There is a hidden $30 cleaning fee. Not happy about that.

Weird stay, the king size room ad shows pictures of their home and it makes it seem as though you will have access to the seating area beside the bedroom but the room is locked. When you get there, the sheet on the desk says that if you book through Expedia there is an additional 30$ cleaning fee which is not listed anywhere on the website so we did not pay it as it feels like a scam. This is just plain room inside someone’s home, seperate entrance. The water takes ages to heat up, we mostly had a cold shower till the end. I wouldn’t stay here again, you’d get the same value and more at a hotel

This is actually a room in someone's home. It felt a bit strange, but, for only one night, it was fine. The shower was a bit tricky to start, but worked fine.
