"Great place to stay, friendly staff and convenient location. "

"The receptionist was friendly and professional, check in was smooth and easy. Our room was exactly as described, clean, and the bed was comfortable and bedding was good. Breakfast was hot, offering the usual meat, potatoes, eggs, bread and fruit. They also offer a free happy hour with food and a free drink. We have stayed at various Oxford Suites and love them!"

"Great place to stay in Vancouver, added bonus that it's close to Portland. Really liked how it was within walking distance to downtown Vancouver, was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel breakfast was good too, lots of options to choose from for breakfast so it made our mornings easier. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway to Vancouver."

"Great waterfront views and bar inside for a late nightcap. Room was a great size for two adults. On the down side, sewer smell was coming in from the toilet. Also, upon arrival entering our tower, both the entry and elevator smelled like Parmesan cheese. Vending machines are not stocked. Went to 3 floors to look for water or soda and all were out of stock, so pick up water before checking in."

"This hotel is very unsafe for a single women to stay. I was very uncomfortable immediately upon arrival - I have stayed at less than stellar hotels before but have never experienced such an unsafe environment. The person at the front desk tried to say that the hotel was safe and in the same breath said there was a recent car break in. The lobby smelled bad, people were walking around half naked, people were camped out in their cars acting extremely suspicious. I was made to feel very awkward and uneasy when I explained that I had actually meant to book the Quality Inn north of the city where it was safer and he refused to refund me. Expedia reached out and he still refused. I chose to leave and continue my already 7 hour drive to get home that night, which meant I had to drive another 5 hours. I would have easily stayed at the other location but both Expedia and this hotel were unfriendly, didn’t care about the safety of their guests, and essentially stole from. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn or book through Expedia because of this."
