不滿：整潔度和設施服務
I have travelled a lot and on that basis I am giving this feedback. It was a poor stay at Neerja Niwas. I had made full payment at the time of booking for 5 adults and 1 child and it was understood that there was no extra payment needed as there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions, however ,only on the day we were to arrive, owner asked to pay for the extra bed Rs.2000 , this was not mentioned upfront . Had this been informed prior to booking , i could have looked at other options before choosing this property for stay. And even after charging for extra bed, owner did not provide the additional duvet , towel. They did not offer to replace towels as well. Even we had to ask for the water, proactiveness was missing.
When we complained about this at the time of checkout, owner said he was busy working on his personal job and kept on giving reasons. I think this is very poor and there is no business ethics. And thats the reason i am rating this property as poor. Only good thing i found was the well equipped spacious bathroom and much needed AC. Apart from these 2 things nothing really impressive :(
