"There is a ridiculous request to do laundry before we leave. “Complete a load of towels used during your stay (washed and dried) - or at least in the dryer - before you leave”. What are we paying the cleaning fee for, if we are expected to do the laundry. There is a caretaker on the property who could do this, rather than making us remain to do laundry with the fear of an additional cleaning fee."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and you can spend a good chunk of time admiring the decor. The staff are so inviting, helpful and friendly. We loved the secret arcade room hidden behind a bookshelf, and the hot tub and sauna in the rainforest. There is a lot to do at the hotel, including a private inlet to the beach on the property. Our room was cozy and we loved the retro vibe. We only stayed two nights but will be returning for longer next time!"
