Sun loungers had no room to move round then, drinks served in paper cups (no clearing during the day). The room door didn’t shut without slamming and there was no sound buffer between rooms.
WiFi was good, hotel info required their app though and I don’t like being compelled to add unverified data/apps to my devices.
Overall, we had a good break but expected a little more from a 5* resort"

"I have just returned from 2 weeks at Kritamo with my 16 & 14 year old children. We had the most amazing time, the staff are friendly & helpful, rooms spacious & clean, location is brilliant, tucked away in a quiet street, 1 min from beach with turquoise sea (deck chairs are always available even in busy August!) yet very close to Nisi Avenue where all nightlife happens with plenty of restaurants. The only down side is that our holiday had to come to an end 😊

"I recently stayed at Napa Plaza Hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife—but once you’re inside, it feels like a calm, peaceful escape from the buzz outside.
The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with sleek decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.
Speaking of the pool—it’s a highlight! Spacious, stylish, and surrounded by loungers and palm trees, it felt like a mini resort. The poolside bar service was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options and a lovely atmosphere. There are also several bars and restaurants on-site, including some great spots for cocktails in the evening.
As an adults-only hotel, the vibe is peaceful and sophisticated—ideal for couples or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. It truly felt like a boutique getaway.
Overall, I highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel. It combines location, comfort, and great service perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning!
