"Amazing location and development. Chirly, the property manager, was super helpful and accommodating. The pool and outdoor kitchen was a delight. Multiple beaches a very short distance away. Even went as far as Ostional for Turtle viewing and Tamarindo to experience crowds."

"We enjoyed a great family stay. Comfortable beds and room for all 5 of us. The pool was great. Really appreciated the covered kids pool. Though would have like to see more shade/umbrellas at the pool. Or less people (who seemed to never show up) saving those seats with towels. The swim up bar was a great feature and all who work there were friendly and kind especially to our kids and their seemingly non stop pina coladas. All the food was good. Though disappointing to buffet other than at breakfast. From what we understood this was due to lower occupancy. Although the daily buffet theme was still advertised on the activity’s board. Live music at the 5 o clock somewhere bar was excellent both nights we went. The beach is beautiful and only a few steps across a sandy road to get there. Security guys happily got us chairs when we asked. Location was great with the marina and bit of shopping close by. Felt safe to walk. Definitely would stay again at Margaritaville Playa Flamingo "
