Apartment in the Historic Centre with a magnificent terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. The apartment (fourth floor with lift) is furnished with designer furniture and consists of a living area with dining table, sofa bed and complete kitchen, a double bedroom, a single room with sofa bed and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). Two magnificent terraces complete the offer, for an unforgettable holiday. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Can't beat the views of the Grand Canal on one terrace of the apartment and the city rooftop views from the other. It really was a spectacular view and apartment. The front bathroom had a mildew smell, which the owners said they were working on, but with the master bedroom bathroom, our family was fine using a single bathroom. The location of this was right past the first bridge across from Santa Lucia train station, so if you are traveling with big bags, this is a prime location. Great home base to start your walk every day you're in Venice!!

Owner responded to messages quickly. Info on location was shared early and was clear. Perfect location to train. As the description wrote, it does require one fight of stairs, but totally worth it.Allowing us to drop off bags early was such a blessing. Place was clean and comfortable. Views were wonderful. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect place in a perfect location

Our stay was fantastic. The balconies really make the stay perfect for unwinding and enjoying a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery. A perfect location! Clean, easy to access and the elevator was a huge plus! Our family of four were very comfortable here.

Amazing Location

Sitting on the Terrace watching the traffic on the Grand Canal was fantastic. You do need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs but that’s what gives you the spectacular views . Would stay there again.

The property is so close to train and bus station and many dining choices. The view from the Terrace is very very nice, can see the canal, the bridge, the train station. The cafe downstairs has live music at night, beautiful! The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Only if there is an air conditioner in the second bedroom would be the best, (it was quite hot without, thank you host for providing a fan) The property actually located on the 5th floor, elevator only goes up to 4th floor, please walk another floor of stairs up to the right unit. The elevator is the best, rarely finds in Venice. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if visiting Venice in the future.
